Tom Frank
PRESIDENT
With 35 years at Westmark, Tom oversees all aspects of our construction, services, and maintenance divisions. He manages and guides staff through complex projects and ensures they are delivered successfully to each client and partner.
Tom has been directly responsible for over $80 million in bank renovation construction projects including ground up to routine maintenance in Washington and Oregon. Experienced in both public and private works, Tom excels at developing proactive schedules and is committed to achieving high quality results on time and on budget.
Brian Johnson
VICE PRESIDENT
Brian’s experience with Westmark expands more than 24 years in various positions within the company. Working his way from General Laborer to Project Manager, Brian has valuable experience with many different types of construction projects including education, finance, restaurant, and retail.
Brian uses his construction experience to provide an end product that exemplifies Westmark’s commitment to people, quality and service.
Robin Schuman
CONTROLLER
ROBIN HAS BEEN the controller for Westmark Construction since 2022, with over 35 years’ experience in financial and operations management. Her experience includes:
- Management & Supervision
- Auditing/Internal Control
- Full Charge Bookkeeping
- Research & Development
- Cash Management/Bank Reconciliation
- Job Costing & Analysis
- Federal & State Tax Experience
Robin is responsible for daily operations of the finance department, monitors company profitability, job cost analysis, cash management, and accounts receivable. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting.
